WHAT EXACTLY DOES A COACH DO?

A coach brings you structure, guidance, motivation, support, individual attention, encouragement and a higher degree of self awareness, along with tools to use in the future. A coach does for your mind what a personal fitness trainer does for your body, a voice coach for a performer, an athletic coach for a sports person.

WHAT WILL INDIVIDUAL COACHING DO FOR ME?

HOW MANY INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS WOULD I NEED?

Most clients choose to have one session a week or every fortnight for 3 - 6 months or longer to stay motivated and on track. Some undertake periodic reviews for specific issues or to stay focused and inspired.

WHAT WILL VISIONS, DREAMS AND GOALS WORKSHOPS DO FOR ME?

They nurture, support and challenge everyone in a safe and positive environment. They are totally non judgemental and consist of no more than 12 people.
