About Annie
After working as a model then switching to production, casting, PR, head hunter co - coordinator and celebrity management in TV and Film for many years, Annie reached a point where she became unfulfilled. She employed a Life coach and studied Louise Hay philosophies which changed her life radically.
Annie now works full time as a confidence coach, hypnotherapist, meditation teacher and Louise hay teacher, based in London. She also developed tailored workshops which she delivers personally across UK and Ireland to individuals and companies. Her corporate clients include private banks, government corporations, and media organisations.
Annie speaks at shows, festivals and women's organisations on confidence, body language and assertiveness. She appears on TV and contributes regularly to the UK press. Her individual clients range from stressed out mums and executives to high profile figures from the world of entertainment and media.
